Born and raised in Coeur d’Alene, Rebecca is one of five children raised by a very dedicated single mother who worked in the hospitality industry for over 20 years. So she understands the struggle that comes from living in a single parent household on such a limited budget and the need for an organization like CDAIDE in this community. From the age of 18 Rebecca worked in the Healthcare Industry as a Certified Nursing Assistant and after a few years of this decided to pursue and was accepted into the nursing program through North Idaho College. After careful consideration, 11-years as a C.N.A, and becoming a mother, Rebecca left the Healthcare field and started working for St. Vincent de Paul in early 2015 as an Administrative Assistant under their Grant Per Diem program and steadily moved up from there. Once she completed her Associates in Life Sciences she went on to obtain her Bachelor’s Degree is Social Science’s through Washington State University Global. Rebecca is currently the Social Services Case Manager for St. Vincent de Paul of North Idaho’s H.E.L.P. Center and has been for the last 8 years.
