Shane began his professional career in the hospitality industry over 10 years ago, and has a BS in Hospitality Management from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, and an MBA from Eastern Washington University. He has held leadership positions at hotels in California, Colorado, Washington, and Idaho. Currently, Shane works in Product Management for Amazon.com Workforce Solutions, where his primary focus is internal products that improve the lives of Amazon's operations associates. In addition to working with CDAIDE, Shane also serves on various committees for nonprofits in North Idaho. Shane serves on the board of directors of CDAIDE as the President.
