Arshia joined CDAIDE as a board member August 2023. She is from Salt Lake City, Utah and graduated from Utah State University. She moved to Moscow, ID in 1992 and later moved to Coeur d Alene in
1997. Arshia has been married for 35 years and has two girls aged 26 and 23. Arshia and her husband cycle, kayak, hike, and love to travel. Arshia has been in the banking industry since 2002, starting her
career with Bank of America, then Wells Fargo and now assistant vice president/branch manager at Mountain West Bank-Ramsey at the Kathleen Ave location. Arshia has been with Mountain West Bank
since 2019. She has volunteered and served local organizations as follows: Newby-Ginnings of North Idaho, Boys and Girls club, Hospice of North Idaho, Kootenai Health Foundation, Harding Center, and
Member of Kiwanis Club North Idaho. She continues to serve with Coeur d Alene School District 271 at the annual Back To School Breakfast event held at Lake City High School and Post Falls High School serving staff and administration. She is involved and participates with Ever Fi (Financial Literacy
program) for Fernan Elementary and Winton Elementary school. Arshia’s passion is financial literacy and our veterans.
